New buyers whom you refer will be assigned to your account, and payments will be sent directly to your PayPal, Payoneer, or bank account.

Once your account reaches $100 you will be able to claim a payment. If you haven’t reached $100, your earnings will still stay in your balance.

Commissions are paid once a month upon receiving your invoice. Payment is made on a net 30 basis, which starts at the beginning of the following month.

For example: invoices for January are paid on March 1st/2nd.

Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Qualifying Purchases and Revenue:
Commissions are paid on "Qualifying Purchases," which occur when:

• A customer clicks through a Special Link from your site or email to our website.
• The customer makes a purchase in a single session defined as the time from clicking through the Special Link to the completion of the purchase.
• The session ends after 30 days from the click or if another affiliate's link is used which overrides yours.

The "Qualifying Revenue" is the total amount received from purchases minus any costs including but not limited to shipping, taxes, service charges, returns, rebates, and credit card processing fees.

Disqualified Purchases:
Purchases that do not qualify include those that:

• Occur after the termination of this agreement
• Are canceled or returned
• Are classified as fraudulent
• Are made by Cliffrose employees or those purchasing through an affiliate’s own link
• Fail to comply with our link formatting requirements

Standard Program Fees:

• Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the Qualifying Revenue.
• The exact commission rates are variable and may change based on our discretion.

Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate:
You must clearly disclose on your site or any platform that you are a Cliffrose Doula Care affiliate earning from qualifying purchases. No public communication concerning the affiliate relationship should be made without our prior written permission.
